Our online shop allows you to see and enquire about any of our watches or products for sale. If you have any questions you can use the contact us page Contact Us or call and speak to us direct Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5pm.
Most of our shipments are by Royal Mail signed for insured. Our deliveries take between 2-3 days once funds have cleared for the item. We can only deliver within the UK and to the address where the Card is registered. We currently do not offer any Europe or international deliveries for watches purchased online.
You have 7 days to return the item to LWDB Ltd, providing you have completed the returns form on your account. There will be a charge in order to return the watch or item to us. Please see the link for our terms and conditions page. Terms & Conditions
We are an online business and do not have a shop for customers to visit or return items. You can of course call and speak to us Monday to Friday 9;30am - 5pm.
You can return you watch if you don't like it as long as you complete a return form from your registered account with LWDB and is unworn and returned in the same way you received the watch. You will need to log back into your account and complete the return form. Please note you will be charged a inspection and restocking fee from LWDB LTD. You will need to pay for the return postage and ensure this is insured for the full value back to LWDB LTD. Please refer to our terms and conditions page.
All of the watches and items LWDB LTD sell are owned by LWDB LTD. We do not buy or sell any replica or fake items. All of our watches are checked on the watch register app, and go through a full inspection prior to service. We are clear on the description that we give on the watch and items we sell.
If a watch is being sold with a aftermarket dial or bezel we will make this clear on the description as this would not be able to be returned at anytime to Rolex.
Aftermarket is a style addition not original to the watch, and has been added by a jeweller to enhance the image. Please note that any aftermarket Diamond bezel will not be waterproof and should under no circumstances be worn in water as this will leak and damage the movement within the case and dial.
We are a reseller of pre-owned and sourced Rolex watches. We will inspect, service and polish all of our watches that we sell. However please note the watches will not be new , unless the description states "UNWORN" and will; be denoted on the description page.
All pre-owned watches will have slight defects and imperfections as they are pre-owned., and if we are seeing a Vintage watch then will show wear and patina on the case and bracelet and also in the dial. Showing signs of wear on a vintage watch brings beauty and authenticity to the age of the desired watch you are looking to buy.
If you are expecting a watch without any defects or signs of wear, then a pre-owned watch is not for you and we would suggest you contact a local Rolex main agent as not to be disappointed.
