LWDB LTD are an online retailer for pre-owned Rolex watches online. We do not undertake any face to face business, Should you wish to call us please use the number listed on the “contact us” page Mon to Friday 9:30 to 5pm. 

Luxury Watches Dials and Bezels only stock luxury pre-owned watches for the resale to customers via this website who are within the United Kingdom only.  All of the watches sold on the LWDB website are original to the make and model stated and identified within the description and specification menu below the listed item. This is also the same format for the accessories that we sell via our website accessories page.

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see, are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise you receive. Before you commit to buy you should read the following terms which are “ticked” at the point point sale: Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of our terms and conditions, and contain important information about your order.

Any products for sale marked with a £0.00 fee price will be an error of the website and under no circumstances mean that the item is free or of £0. Should you try to buy any products that are subject to this error, they will be VOID. We will also remove you from any further contact or business you may wish to engage in with LWDB LTD. 

We are an online retailer only and therefore do not offer any face to face transactions or business dealings. If you wish to speak with us at any time please use the contact page, email or contact number as provided.

 

PRE-OWNED ROLEX WATCHES & SOURCED WATCHES

Pre-owned watches are watches that will show signs of wear in places and are not stated as new or unworn. 

All watches sold by LWDB LTD online are owned by LWDB LTD until all payments have been made and cleared funds are complete. All watches sold on our website are sold on the following understanding between LWDB LTD and you the customer; 

·      All watches are checked via the Watch Register UK data base. A certificate will be issued to the customer with the watch on delivery. 

·      All watches unless under an original Rolex warranty (within a 5 year period) will undergo a full independent service and polish by LWDB LTD.

·      All watches will be under a 12-month LWDB LTD warranty – The warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or damaged by the client. The warranty will only be held in place for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. 

·      7 day money back guarantee (minimum 2.5% restocking charge on any watches returned due to change of mind) 

Restocking Charges on unwanted items

Restocking charges are based on 2.5% of the final sales price. This charge will enable us to inspect and retest the watch including the replacement of seals ready for resale providing the watch is returned to LWDB LTD in its original condition unused or worn. 

We strongly advise against removing the case back and movement on purchased watches from LWDB LTD as this will breach any warranty with LWDB and can cause further damage to the watch. 

 

ACCESSORIES  

All accessories displayed on our site are products owned by LWDB LTD and are fully described to the physical appearance of the item, listing any defects or marks. The items within this section are Factory Rolex items. (Pre-owned, Unused or New quality) 

SERVICE

LWDB will undertake a full Service by our Accredited Rolex Service watchmaker on all watches we sell.  

 

After Market - (Not Made by Rolex or Supplied by Rolex)

Any watches advertised with an aftermarket item such as “Diamond bezel or dial” only refer to those watches which have been checked to be a Real diamond and base content alloy bezel or diamond dial added to them, but are not affiliated to the official Rolex trademark. You must fully read and understand the item you are buying when advertised with a aftermarket diamond bezel or dial and if in any doubt please contact LWDB LTD before you commit to buy. 

You will not be able to return any Aftermarket watch which you have purchased from LWDB LTD direct to Rolex UK, international, worldwide as this will void any manufactures warranty by Rolex. 

Any Rolex watch that is fitted with a Aftermarket Diamond bezel is not waterproof, and should under no circumstances be worn in water, as this can cause damage to the movement and dial within the case. We will not be held accountable for any watch sold with an Aftermarket diamond bezel should you wear the watch in water. 

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and (LWDB LTD) by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, based on the terms and condition detailed.

            We do not accept cash or PayPal. 

 

All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, and in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g., Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services, utilities). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from Luxurywatchesdialsandbezels.co.uk website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order. 

Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency that may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.

WEARING YOUR WATCH

People who engage in a very active day to day environment or sports etc, should expect their mechanical watches to gain time, as opposed to the normal wear of your watch due to the increasing movement of the balance wheel. Likewise, if you are not as active during the use of the watch this will affect the time from being accurate, and will show the watch as losing time. 

 


RETURNS & REFUNDS (Please Read Carefully)

All returns must be carried out from your registered online account at LWDB LTD online. This is the account you registered to purchase the watch or item. 

Returns

A return address will be given for all returns to LWDB LTD. Under no circumstances are items sent to our head office address. You must follow the returns directions as listed on the “Returns” form page, which can be accessed through your online account. 

 

 

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee in line with the below conditions within 24 hours; 

 

·      The item has arrived faulty or damage – This must be reported immediately to LWDB 

·      Item not as described on our website

·      There are defects with the items received 

 

Returns for “unwanted items “Charges will apply”

 

·      You have changed your mind and no longer want the item. 

 

If you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, then we will charge a minimum  2.5% restocking fee. The watch or item must be returned within the 7 days in the same condition as it was received unworn and unused. If there is any damage on the item when you return this to LWDB LTD, then we will look to apply further charges. Postage back to LWDB LTD for unwanted items will also be subject to a return postage fee that is not included within the 2.5% restocking fee. The costs will be deducted from the final refund. 

 

·      LWDB LTD do not have to refund or accept any items after a 7 day period. This will be at the discretion of LWDB LTD


 Any damages once the watch is received will be brought to your attention by email and photos with any costs that may be applied above the 2.5% restocking fee, in order to put the item back to its original condition. LWDB LTD retain the right to refund the balance of any monies to either your credit or debit card or Bank Account. Any bank transfer refunds will require proof of bank name, sort code and account number for the registered purchaser with LWDB LTD. 

 

Returning a Purchased item to LWDB LTD. 

You must ensure that the package is clearly labelled, sealed, and boxed safely with all cards, Documents and receipts sent with the watch. (The watch needs to be protected within the box as to ensure the watch is not damaged in transit.

 

 

UK DELIVERIES ONLY

LWDB LTD only deliver within the UK, to UK customers only. You will receive your item within 3-5 days from the day you purchase the watch. Please be advised this does not apply to weekends or bank holidays. You will be issued a tracking number from LWDB LTD and this will mean your delivery within be the next following day on receipt of the email sent.  

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS – To the registered card address only

Special Delivery Signed for "Tracked" Recorded to the registered card address

All items signed for, tracked will be delivered within 24 hours of your issued tracking number that we will send to you, by email, phone or messenger (LWDB do not delivery on a Saturday). We will always send either pre 9am or pre1pm the following day except Saturdays. LWDB will always notify you of the delivery number for you to track. The delivery is signed on the Royal Mail system once we have sent the item out in which we will see each stage of the process.

If your item is signed for either at the property or at the Royal mail sort office, post office or centre then we deem the item to be received by you safely, as this is in line with the signature for collection, and proof of ID will be required to collect the item.

Please be advised if you do not receive your item within 24 hours of the issued tracking number, then you must notify us LWDB either by phone 07903426057 or email: info@lwdb.co.uk 

LWDB do not take responsibility for items not signed for, or collected after the 24 hours collection of a signed for receipt if the postal service shows that the item has been received or collected or with proof of ID.

Contact Us

 

Items signed for at the Customers Address or collected from the post office will be deemed delivered. If you have not notified us within 24 hours that collection has not been delivered then we not be able to help you further as we would have been notified by Royal Mail online system, that the parcel had been either signed for at the address, or signed for with proof of ID at the post office. 

If an item has been signed for, or collected at the post office by the customer, then the claim process will be with Royal Mail and not LWDB. We will of course help with any information that is required in order to help you.

Please note you must contact the police immediately for a claim number, for the item that has been signed for or collected which you Claim is not signed by you or received by you. This is a Crime and needs to be reported. 

 


PROCESS FOR NON RECEVIEVD ITEMS WITHIN 24 HOURS TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR

1. CONTACT LWDB IMMEDIATLEY - WITHIN 24 HOURS AS YOU WOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THE DELIVERY NUMBER PRIOR BY LWDB VIA TEXT, EMAIL OR OTHER

2. CHECK TRACKING DETAILS WITH ROYAL MAIL AND LWDB TO CONFIRM CORRECT

3. CONTACT POLICE - SCAMS, FRAUD CLAIMS WILL BE REPORTED AND CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS TAKEN AGAINST YOU

4. IF AN ITEM IS SIGNED FOR OR COLLECTED WITH ID AND SIGNATURE AT ROYAL MAIL, YOU MUST TAKE YOUR CLAIM UP WITH ROYAL MAIL THROUGH THE RELEVANT CHANNELS AND NOT LWDB.

LWDB HOLD NO RESPONSABILITY FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR COLLECTED WITH PROOF OF ID, THAT ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS. WE WILL AIM TO ASSIST YOU WHERE POSSIBLE

 

 

ITEMS SENT TO LWDB SEALED PACKAGES - Tracked - Signed For within 24hours UK Only.

 

Please be advised if you have received a pre authorized LWDB package, you must follow the following steps as not to invalidate your claim with LWDB.

  1. You must notify LWDB of any scratches, marks, issues with the item before being sent to us. We do inspect all items sent to us within 48 hours.
  2. No items to be sent on a Friday to LWDB if using this service, any items sent on a Friday will be void.
  3. You must use Royal mail for this service to be warranted.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your item is package correctly for safe transit to LWDB offices. If you fail to safely pack your item then LWDB will not be held liable for any damages once checked with 48 hours.
  5. You seal the Royal Mail secure bag and ensure that you sign the sealed envelope when sealing the bag. We then ask that you cover your signature on the sealed part of the Royal Mail bag as to ensure that we know the item has not been tampered with while in transit.
  6. You must ensure that the item is sent Pre 9am Signed for insured if requested by LWDB pending the value of the item. We may agree a Pre 1pm signed for on lower value items.
  7. You are responsible for paying the insurance, Tracked and signed for service with Royal mail and keeping hold of the original receipt.
  8. You must inform LWDB of the tracking Number after you have sent the item, you must keep the original Royal Mail receipt, if you lose the receipt then any agreement with LWDB will be VOID.
  9. LWDB will notify you of a return date for the item once we have booked the item in.

 

Please note, we do not take responsibility for any item sent in negligence to LWDB. If you have received an LWDB package then it is your responsibility to ensure the safe transit of the item you are sending. We will report or investigate any acts against, fraud or theft to the police.

 


PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY. SENDING YOUR ITEM WILL MEAN YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW AND ABOVE. 

If the Sale Item is picked up but fails to reach us for any reason, and such failure is known to us, or if the Sale Item arrives in a state which we determine to be damaged, we may conduct an investigation into such failure or into such damage.  Such investigation may take up to 30 working days from the day on which such failure becomes known to us.  In order to assist us in our investigation we may require certain information and documentation from you, including without derogating from the generality of the foregoing:

(i)         a complete and accurate description of the Sale Item and how it was packaged, including materials and type of packaging;

(ii)        a copy of the Royal Mail Tracking number and a copy of the Post Office Receipt confirming acceptance of the Royal Mail Special Delivery bag;

(iii)       a signed declaration from you confirming that the Sale Item was legally owned by you;

(iv)       a receipt, proof of purchase or proof of ownership of the Sale Item;

(v)        a proof of your address (e.g., utility bill); and

(vi)       a copy of your identity papers, which may include your driver’s license or passport.

A “working day” shall mean any day from Monday to Friday, excluding (i) national holidays in the United Kingdom and (ii) any other day on which the banks in the United Kingdom are closed.

LOST PACKAGES SENT BY LWDB

You must notify LWDB of any items not received within 24 hours once the item has been sent and we have notified you "Customer" of the tracking number. All items will be signed for pre 9am or 1pm next day following the receipt of the tracking number we send to you. 

LWDB do not take responsibility once an item is received by the recipient. The Royal Mail signed for tracked "Special" will show a proof of postage and a stage tracking process of the item to the customer, who in term will sign for the item at the address destination as registered by the customer on checkout. 

Please note if the item is not signed for, then a proof of ID and signature will be required when collecting from the post office or sort office. When parcels are not received at the address shown, Royal Mail will leave a "Notice Card" for you. The Notice card will tell you where the item will be held for collection, and what they require you to bring as proof of ID and signature to collect the item. 

Due to COVID certain elements of Royal mail have changed and that you should check the Royal Mail website tracking system once the tracking number has been issued to you from LWDB LTD.
